Parish Elections 2020

Parish Clerks will receive a set of nomination packs around mid-March for handing to those individuals wishing to stand as candidates at this year’s elections. The Notice of Election will be for display from 31 March, the first day for submission of nomination papers, which must be received by the Returning Officer by 4pm on 8 April. If you wish to receive a nomination pack, please e-mail the Parish Clerk.

Voting in the Buckinghamshire Council election, Town/Parish elections and the Police and Crime Commissioner Election will take place on 7 May 2020. Polling stations will be open from 7am to 10pm. Electors will be sent a poll card at the end of March/beginning of April advising where to vote.

You must be registered as an elector to be able to vote. New applications for registration have to be submitted by 21 April 2020.

Applications to vote by post have to be made by 5pm on 22 April 2020 and proxy vote applications by 5pm on 29 April 2020.
